 We have over 25 to 30+ wrecks we can fish off Fort Lauderdale, most of the wrecks have been average to almost non-fishable due to parts of the ship or barge breaking up over the years of storms and erioson, however we have a good number of wrecks that sit in anywhere from 100' of water out to 400' of water. We catch Amberjack and Grouper and sometimes a reef shark or Bull Shark. When the Cobia run, we also can get bites of Cobia on the wrecks. Dropping on wrecks with live bait is fun and the charter is always involved as well as a good fight ahead of them. Using a live bait with a leader, we move from shallow wrecks to deep water wrecks. In the shallower wrecks, we do capture Barracudas and Snapper also. |
