 What a great month so far, we have had a run of Sailfish, Shark and Mahi. Also there are tons of people visiting the area and chartering the boat. We have been fishing 5 to 6 days a week and the catches have been good, mixed bag of Mahi, Sails, Shark, Amberjack and Grouper.
The shark bite has been great as there has been a large migration of Hammerhead, Sand Bar, Tiger and some Mako Sharks. The best bait to use Bonito or King Mackerel. The blood sent and the oil from the fish attract the sharks from miles away.
Also the Sails have been coming up good, we are seeing a strong winter bite, some days with single numbers and some days catching 5 or 6 Sailfish. The bite was awesome in February. March has shown to still be a good month. And April we all are anticipating to hold the migration of Sails.
