Fort Lauderdale Fishing Report, 1983 photo of Happy Day Today

Here is an old photo taken back in the early 80's. From the beginning of fishing out of South Florida to around the early 1990's, most boats kept the Sailfish for food, smoked the fish or kept the bill for a trophy. Over the last 15 years, we release our Sailfish and with conservation and preservation we have seen a good number of our Sailfish migration coming through last year and this year.
